7. שירותים
תיקון: תשפ״ה
לרשותו הבלעדית של בית מרקחת יהיה חדר שירותים המצויד באסלה, מיתקן לרחיצת ידיים, סבון ומיתקן לייבוש ידיים או מגבות נייר; המיתקנים יהיו תקינים, שלמים ונקיים בכל עת; הוראות תקנה זו לא יחולו לעניין בית מרקחת או חדר תרופות המצוי בתוך מרפאה שברשותה חדר שירותים המיועד לעובדי המרפאה.
