Section 8 of תקנות הרוקחים (תנאי פתיחה וניהול של בתי מרקחת וחדרי תרופות), התשמ״ב–1982, שירותים הנמצאים בבית מרקחת.
8. שירותים הנמצאים בבית מרקחת
חדר שירותים הנמצא בתוך מבנה בית מרקחת יתקיימו בו בנוסף להוראות תקנה 5 גם הוראות אלה:
(1)לא יחובר ישירות לאף חדר מחדרי בית המרקחת אלא באמצעות חדר כניסה;
(2)הכיור ומיתקני היבוש יכול שיימצאו בחדר הכניסה;
(3)בין חדר הכניסה לבין בית המרקחת לא יהיה כל פתח למעט דלת;
(4)שטח חדר השירותים וחדר הכניסה יתווסף לשטח הנקוב בתקנה 4(א).
