17. הסכמתו של שר הבטחון
(א)היתה הבקשה לפי סימן זה בקשר לעיסוקו הצבאי או הבטחוני של המוזמן, תשלח לו הרשות המוסמכת הודעה לפי תקנה 16, לאחר שקיבלה הסכמה של שר הבטחון להתייצבותו של המוזמן, כאמור בסעיף 22(3) לחוק; הרשות המוסמכת תצרף להודעה העתק של הסכמת שר הבטחון.
(ב)הסכמת שר הבטחון להתייצבות יכול שתותנה בתנאים או במגבלות מסוימים.
