3. שיווק מים מינרליים ומי מעין
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)לא ישווק אדם מים מינרליים אלא ממקור תת־קרקעי או ממעין שאישר המנהל ובהתאם לתקנות אלה.
(ב)לא ישווק אדם מי מעין, אלא ממעין שאישר המנהל ובהתאם לתקנות אלה.
