1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הרשם“ – רשם המהנדסים והאדריכלים או רשם ההנדסאים והטכנאים, לפי העניין;
”חוק ההנדסאים“ – חוק ההנדסאים והטכנאים [המוסמכים, התשע״ג–2012];
”חוק המהנדסים“ – חוק המהנדסים והאדריכלים [, התשי״ח–1958];
”פנקס בקרים“ – פנקס כאמור בסעיף 158יט לחוק;
”MRICS“ – תעודת חבר שנתית שמעניק RICS;
”RICS“ – המכון המלכותי של בקרים מורשים (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
