1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”התוספת“ – התוספת הראשונה לחוק;
”הועדה“ – הועדה לשמירה על קרקע חקלאית כמשמעותה בתוספת;
”ועדת הערר“ – ועדת ערר כמשמעותה בסעיף 12 לתוספת;
”ערר“ – ערר בפני ועדת הערר המוגש לפי סעיף 12(ב) לתוספת.
