2. המועד להגשת ערר
הערר יוגש לועדת הערר על ידי מי שרואה את עצמו נפגע מהחלטת הועדה לפי סעיפים 6, 7 או 8 לתוספת, תוך ששים יום מהיום שבו הודיעה הועדה המחוזית לתכנון ולבניה לכל מי שנפגע בהחלטת הסירוב של הועדה.
