5. השעות שבהן מותר לעוזר־לרוקח לחלק רפואות וסמי רעל בהעדר הרוקח בעל הרשיון
תיקון: תשמ״א
בהעדר הרוקח בעל־הרשיון, מותר לעוזר־לרוקח לחלק רפואות וחמרי־רעל בבית מרקחת בין שעה 1 לשעה 3 אחה״צ ובין השעות 6.30 בערב ו־9.30 בבקר;
בתנאי שאפשר לשנות את השעות הללו לגבי בית־מרקחת מסויים, עפ״י אשור־בכתב מרופא ממשלתי.
