6. שמירת סודיות
לא ימסור אדם שום ידיעה שהגיעה לידו בתוקף תפקידו בענין מכרז העומד להתפרסם או שפורסם או בענין מהלך הדיונים בוועדה והחלטתה, אלא לאדם שהוסמך כדין לקבל אותה ידיעה, ובדרך שנקבע בתקנות אלה.
