7. פנקס המכרזים
(א)כל מכרז יסומן במספר סידורי ויירשם בפנקס שיוחזק במקום שהורה יושב ראש הועדה.
(ב)כל אדם רשאי לעיין בפנקס בשעות המיועדות לקבלת קהל במשרדי העיריה.
