12. עריכת מבחנים
תיקון: תשפ״א
המבחנים ייערכו בידי מי שימנה לכך ראש הרשות המקומית; מבחנים למשרה כאמור בתקנה 9(א) שהוחלט לגביהם שייערכו בידי מכון מיון, ומבחנים כאמור בתקנה 9(ב), ייערכו בידי מכון מיון המתמחה באבחון ומיון מועמדים לעבודה, שהמציא לרשות המקומית חוות דעת של מורשה נגישות מבנים תשתיות וסביבה וחוות דעת של מורשה לנגישות השירות, ולפיהן המקום והשירות מותאמים לצרכים של מועמד עם מוגבלות.
