10. פנקס מכרזים
(א)מכרז שפורסם לפי סעיף 2 לחוק יסומן במספר סידורי ויירשם בפנקס שיוחזק במקום שהורתה הועדה; כל אדם רשאי לעיין בפנקס בשעות המיועדות לקבלת קהל במקום שהורה יושב ראש הועדה.
(ב)מכרז שפורסם לפי סעיף 3 לחוק יסומן במספר סידורי ויירשם בפנקס שיוחזק במקום שהורה שר הפנים; כל אדם רשאי לעיין בפנקס בשעות המיועדות לקבלת קהל במקום שיקבע יושב ראש הועדה.
