30. שמירת סודיות
המוסר ידיעה שהגיעה לידו בתוקף תפקידו בענין מכרז משותף העומד להתפרסם, או בענין מהלך הדיונים בועדה והחלטתה, שלא לאדם שהוסמך כדין לקבל אותה ידיעה, דינו – קנס 500 לירות או שלושה חדשי מאסר.
