29. ביטול מכרז משותף
הרשויות המקומיות שהחליטו על המכרז המשותף, לפי סעיף 2 לחוק, או שר הפנים אם הורה על עריכת מכרז לפי סעיף 3 לחוק, מוסמכים לבטל מכרז משותף, אולם אין לפרסם מכרז אחר באותו ענין כשאין ביניהם שוני מהותי, זולת אם נשתנו הנסיבות שגרמו להחלטה על הביטול.
