7. הגשת הערר
(א)ערר לפי סעיף 11(א) לחוק על גובה קנס מינהלי שאינו קצוב (בסימן זה – ערר), יוגש תוך שלושים ימים מיום שקיבל העורר את ההודעה כאמור בתקנה 6.
(ב)ערר יוגש בשני עותקים לפי טופס 7 שבתוספת.
(ג)הרשם יהיה המשיב בערר.
