5. מועד להפקדת כספי הפיקדון
(א)הפיקדון ישולם לא יאוחר מ־15 בכל חודש בעד החודש שקדם לו.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), בחודש שבו חל מועד עזיבתו של העובד הזר את ישראל שלא לצורך יציאה זמנית ממנה, ישלם המעסיק את יתרת סכום הפיקדון בעד תקופת העסקתו של העובד הזר עד למועד האמור, חמישה ימים לפחות לפני מועד זה, והכול ככל שהוא יודע על מועד העזיבה כאמור.
