4. תשלום הפיקדון לחשבון בנק
תיקון: תשע״ט
(א)פיקדון לפי תקנות אלה ישולם לחשבון בנק נפרד המיועד אך ורק למטרה זו, שנפתח ומנוהל לפי תקנות פיקדון בחשבון הבנק, מדי חודש בחודשו, במועד האמור בתקנה 5.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנות 2, 3 ו־3א, ובלי לגרוע מסעיף 1יא(ו) לחוק, סכום הפיקדון לפי התקנות האמורות לא יעלה על הסכום האמור בסעיף 1יא(א) לחוק, כעדכונו לפי החוק.
