2. שיעור הפיקדון החלקי שהעובד זכאי לקבל לפני המועד
החלק מכספי הפיקדון שעובד זר כאמור בתקנה 1 זכאי לקבל לפי התקנה האמורה, הוא חלק השווה ל־70% מחלק העובד כמשמעותו בסעיף 1יא1(א) לחוק (להלן – פיקדון חלקי).
