3. דרך לתשלום הפיקדון החלקי
(א)הפיקדון החלקי ישולם לעובד הזר המסתנן בדרך של אי־ניכויו בידי מעסיקו משכר עבודתו.
(ב)רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה תדווח לוועדת העבודה הרווחה והבריאות של הכנסת עד ליום 31 בינואר בכל שנה על מספר העובדים הזרים שלגביהם הופקד בשנה הקודמת הפיקדון בניכוי פיקדון חלקי לפי עילות הזכאות כאמור בתקנה 1.
