בפרק זה –
”הועדה“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 14, ואם לא הוקמה ועדה כאמור – ועדת הכספים של הכנסת;
”מסמכי יסוד“ – תזכיר ותקנון כהגדרתם בחוק החברות, התשנ״ט–1999;
”קרנית“ – הקרן שהוקמה לפי סעיף 10 לחוק פיצויים לנפגעי תאונות דרכים, התשל״ה–1975 (להלן – חוק הפיצויים);
”תביעות“ – כמשמעותן בסעיף 10ה(א).
