29. הזמנה וכתב הגנה
הוגשה תביעה למזונות מן העזבון, תומצא התביעה לכל היורשים לפי צו הירושה או למנהל העזבון, אם מונה, בצירוף הזמנה לפי טופס 7, להגיש כתב הגנה בתוך חמישה עשר ימים; לכתב ההגנה יצורף דוח על נכסי העזבון והכנסותיו ערוך בתצהיר בצירוף כל המסמכים התומכים בו.
