45ה. כמה מנהלי עיזבון
תיקון: תשס״א־3
(א)השכר שיפסוק בית המשפט בעד ניהול עיזבון לא יושפע מכך שיש לעיזבון כמה מנהלי עיזבון.
(ב)היו לעיזבון כמה מנהלי עיזבון, יחולק השכר ביניהם על פי הסכמתם או על פי קביעת בית המשפט.
