תיקון: תשס״א־3
מינה בית המשפט מנהל עיזבון, במקום מנהל עיזבון קודם, קבוע או זמני, או לאחר תום כהונת מנהל עיזבון קודם שנפסק שכרו, לא יעלה שכרם הכולל של מנהלי העיזבון על השכר האמור בתקנה 45ב(ב).
