היה מסמך המוגש לרשם לעניני ירושה או לבית המשפט כתוב בשפה זרה, למעט השפה האנגלית, יצורף לו תרגום לעברית או לערבית, מאושר בידי נוטריון, ואולם רשאי הרשם או בית המשפט להורות על צירוף תרגום גם למסמך הכתוב בשפה האנגלית.
