בועדה לשיבוץ משקם (להלן – הועדה) יהיו חברים נציג ראש מקא״מ, שיהא יושב ראש הועדה, נציג הפרקליט הצבאי הראשי, נציג קצין השלישות הראשי ונציג קמצ״ר.
