54. הוראה בדבר שיבוץ משקם
הועדה רשאית להורות על שיבוץ משקם של אסיר, שנדון למאסר בפועל לתקופה רצופה העולה על ששה חדשים וריצה שליש לפחות מעונשו, וכן על שיבוץ משקם של אסיר שאינו עומד בתנאים האמורים, אם חבר הועדה שהוא נציג קמצ״ר וחבר הועדה שהוא נציג הפרקליט הצבאי הראשי הסכימו לכך.
