80. איסור קבלת טובות הנאה
(א)חייל מסגל בית הסוהר לא יקבל מכלוא או מאת ידידו, קרובו או מכל אדם הפועל למענו, כל הענקה, מתנה, שירות או טובת הנאה אחרת, אף שלא בקשר עם תפקידו בבית הסוהר.
(ב)חייל מסגל בית הסוהר יימנע מכל מגע עם כלוא שאינו הכרחי לשם מילוי תפקידו.
