81. תלונות ובקשות
(א)ההוראות המחייבות בצבא בדבר הגשת תלונות ובקשות בידי חיילים והטיפול בהן יחולו על תלונות ובקשות של כלואים בבית הסוהר, בשינויים הנובעים מתנאי בית הסוהר, כפי שיפורטו בפקודת הקבע.
(ב)כל כלוא זכאי להתקבל, לפי בקשתו, לראיון אצל המפקד.
(ג)חייל מסגל בית הסוהר יעביר לממונה עליו כל תלונה שנמסרה לו בידי כלוא.
