1א. אגרת השתתפות
תיקון: תשנ״א, תשנ״ה, תשס״א, [הודעות]
מי שראש הלשכה החליט בענינו בחיוב, כאמור בתקנה 3 (להלן – המבקש), ישלם ללשכה לסיוע משפטי אגרת השתתפות כמפורט להלן:
(1)מבקש שהכנסתו אינה עולה על מחצית הסכום המקנה זכאות לסיוע משפטי – 50 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2001; בשנת 2026, 78 ש״ח)
(2)מבקש שהכנסתו עולה על מחצית הסכום המקנה זכאות לסיוע משפטי – 100 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2001; בשנת 2026, 157 ש״ח)
