Section 3 of תקנות הרשויות המקומיות (גמול השתתפות בישיבות לחברי מועצה), התשנ״ו–1996, ישיבות ועדות ותאגיד של מועצה.
3. ישיבות ועדות ותאגיד של מועצה
חבר מועצה יהא זכאי לגמול השתתפות של 150 שקלים חדשים לישיבה של כל אחת מהועדות הבאות: ועדת ביקורת, ועדת כספים, ועדת הנהלה, ועדת מל״ח, ועדה מקומית לתכנון ובניה או ישיבה של הגוף המנהל של תאגיד של מועצה מקומית שיוסד בהתאם לסעיף 146א לצו המועצות המקומיות, התשי״א–1950, ובלבד שגמול כאמור ישולם בעד לא יותר משלוש ישיבות כאמור, בחודש.
