4. תאגיד של עיריה
חברי מועצת עיריה החברים בתאגיד עירוני, לא יהיו זכאים לגמול השתתפות לפי תקנות אלה, אלא ימשיכו לקבל גמול בעד השתתפותם בישיבות הגוף המנהל שלו, כולו או רובו בהתאם לתקנות העיריות (כללים להסדרת שיעור גמול לנציגי עיריה בגוף המנהל בתאגיד עירוני), התש״ן–1990.
