4. ביטול ההקצאה
ביטלה החברה הרשומה, בהודעה בכתב לרשות ובדו״ח מיידי נוסף, את הקצאת ניירות הערך על פי ההצעה הפרטית, בתוך שבעה ימים ממועד הגשת הדו״ח המיידי על הקצאת ניירות הערך, תוחזר לה מלוא האגרה ששילמה.
