5. החזר אגרה
מקום שעל הרשות להחזיר לחברה רשומה סכום ששילמה על חשבון אגרת הטיפול יוחזר לה הסכום האמור בתוספת הפרשי הצמדה בשיעור שינוי המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני קבלת האגרה לעומת המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני ההחזרה.
