1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”החוק“ – חוק ההגנה על חוסים, התשכ״ו–1966;
”בקשה“ – בקשה לבית המשפט לפי סעיף 4 או 8 לחוק;
”חוסה“, ”אחראי לחוסה“, ”פקיד סעד“ – כהגדרתם בחוק;
”תקנות סדר הדין“ – תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984;
”תסקיר“ ו”חקירה“ – כמשמעותם בסעיפים 2 ו־3 לחוק הסעד (סדרי דין בעניני קטינים, חולי נפש ונעדרים), התשט״ו–1955;
”טופס“ – טופס שנוסחו ניתן בתוספת.
