Section 1 of תקנות שירותי תעופה (פיצוי וסיוע בשל ביטול טיסה או שינוי בתנאיה) (טיסות פנים־ארציות), התשע״ג–2013, הגדרות.
1. הגדרות
”טיסה פנים־ארצית“ – טיסה שנקודת המוצא והיעד הסופי שלה נמצאים בשטח מדינת ישראל;
”טיסה פנים־ארצית שבוטלה“ – כל אחת מאלה, ואולם לא יראו שינוי במספר הטיסה כשלעצמו כטיסה שבוטלה:
(1)טיסה שלא התקיימה;
(2)טיסה שהמריאה באיחור של שלוש שעות לפחות מהמועד הנקוב בכרטיס הטיסה.
