תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)המעונין לעיין בקובץ רשאי, לבקשתו, לעשות כן במשרדו של הרשם, במועד שהוא יקבע.
(ב)בקשה לעיון על פי תקנת משנה (א) תוגש לרשם לפי טופס 10 שבתוספת, בצירוף אישור על תשלום אגרת העיון בקובץ לפי תקנות האגרות, והוראות תקנה 4(ג) יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
