4. עיון בבקשות
(א)המעונין לעיין בבקשה לרישומה של מפלגה רשאי, לבקשתו, לעשות כן במשרדו של הרשם במועד שיקבע.
(ב)בקשה לעיון על פי תקנת משנה (א) תוגש לרשם לפי טופס 3 שבתוספת, בצירוף אישור על תשלום אגרת עיון בבקשה לפי תקנות האגרות.
(ג)הוגשה בקשה לפי תקנת משנה (ב), יהיה המבקש רשאי לקבל העתק צילומי או דף מחשב מבקשת הרישום ונספחיה, לאחר תשלום האגרה המתאימה לפי תקנות האגרות.
