3. פרסום הודעה על הגשת בקשה
העתונים שבהם יפרסם הרשם, בנוסף לרשומות, הודעה על הגשת הבקשה יהיו שלושה עתונים יומיים לפחות, שמהם שניים לפחות בשפה העברית: אחד עתון בוקר והשני עתון צהריים; בהודעה יפורטו תאריך הגשת הבקשה, השם המוצע למפלגה, עיקרי מטרותיה ומענה כפי שנרשמו בבקשה, וכן שמותיהם ומעניהם של עשרת הראשונים ברשימת מייסדיה.
