1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”ישיבה נוספת“ – כל ישיבה שלאחר שתי הישיבות הראשונות, זולת אם נאמר אחרת בכללים אלה;
”התעריף“ – התעריף הנתון בתוספת;
”שכר“ – תמורה לשירות של עורך דין בכסף;
”שכר מינימלי מומלץ“ או ”שכר מינימלי“ – השכר הנקוב בתעריף, בצירוף סכום השווה למס ערך מוסף המגיע בעד מתן השירות בענין הנדון;
”תביעה“ – לרבות הגנה, התנגדות לתביעה או כל בקשה אחרת;
”מס ערך מוסף“ – כמשמעותו בחוק מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1976.
