8. חידוש רישום מרפאה
תיקון: תשע״ז
המנהל רשאי לחדש את תוקפו של רישום בפנקס המרפאות לתקופות נוספות שלא יעלו על שלוש שנים כל אחת, מיום פקיעת תוקפו של הרישום בפנקס המרפאות; חידוש התעודה יינתן לאחר שבעל המרפאה או הרופא האחראי ימסרו למנהל אישור על תשלום האגרה שלפי תקנה 16א.
