11. שמירת זכויות
חוק זה לא יגרע מזכויותיו של חייל ובני משפחתו לפי כל חוק אחר. אולם זכויות חייל המחזיק בדירת חייל כאמור בסעיף 3(ב) תהיינה כפי שנקבעו באותו סעיף קטן.
