4. הפחתת תדירות דיגום של מוצר חלב בהסדר במשלוח מעורב
על אף האמור בתקנה 2, מוצר חלב בהסדר הנמצא במשלוח מעורב יידגם בתחנת הסגר לבדיקות מעבדה בישראל לצורך קבלת תעודת שחרור, בתדירות של אחת לשלושה חודשים אם התקיימו לגבי המוצר כל אלה:
(1)בוצע דיגום של המוצר לבדיקות מעבדה בישראל בתוך שלושת החודשים האחרונים שקדמו להגשת הבקשה לקבלת תעודת שחרור המשלוח;
(2)כל תוצאות בדיקות המעבדה של הדיגום כאמור בפסקה (1) עמדו בדרישות חקיקת המזון.
