10. תעודה לצורך מו״מ משפטי
תעודת רישום לשם שימוש במו״מ משפטי או לשם מטרה מסוימת אחרת תינתן לאחר הגשת בקשה, אלא שתפורש בגוף התעודה התכלית שלשמה ניתנה.
