9. זמן לעיון בפנקס הרישום, וכו׳
פנקס הרישום וכל המסמכים בקשר עם רישום שמות עסק יהיו פתוחים לעיון לקהל, ואפשר יהא לקבל העתק וקטעים מהפנקס או מהמסמכים בכל יום חול במשך השעות שמשרד הרושם פתוח בהן לקהל.
