1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ג, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ו־2
בתקנות אלה –
”התקשרות בין־לאומית“ – התקשרות בין־לאומית שישראל צד לה בעניין תיווך לעבודה של עובד זר;
”מע״מ“ – (הוראת שעה לשש שנים מיום 14.10.2022): מס ערך מוסף כמשמעותו בחוק מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1975;
”תשלום חוזי“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 69ז(1) לחוק;
”שכר מינימום“ – כמשמעותו בחוק שכר מינימום, התשמ״ז–1987.
