2. אופן הגשת מסמכים
בקשה בין־לאומית או בקשת הרחבה שמקורה בישראל, המוגשת לרשם לפי סעיף 56ג לפקודה ושבחוק או בתקנות לא נקבעו האופן, הדרך והמועד להגשתה, תוגש באופן, בדרך ובמועד שנקבעו בפרוטוקול או בתקנות מדריד, לפי הענין.
