3. הגשת בקשה בין־לאומית לרישום סימן מסחר
בקשה בין־לאומית שאינה בקשה בין־לאומית המייעדת את ישראל תוגש לרשם לפי טופס הבקשה לרישום בין־לאומי, שיפרסם הרשם מזמן לזמן באתר האינטרנט שלו, בשפה האנגלית (להלן – טופס הבקשה); טופס הבקשה ייחתם ביד המבקש או מיופה כוחו ויפורטו בו הפרטים הקבועים בתקנה 5.
