4. מספר בקשות
שני מבקשים או יותר רשאים להגיש במשותף בקשה בין־לאומית אם הגישו את הבקשה הבסיסית במשותף או אם הרישום הבסיסי נמצא בבעלותם המשותפת, ואם כל אחד מהם זכאי להגיש בקשה בין־לאומית לפי סעיף 56ג לפקודה.
