13. אין להגדיל את דמי האריסות שלא בהסכמת קצין מחוז
תיקון: תשכ״ד
אסור לבעל הקרקע להגדיל את דמי האריסות למשק אלא אם כן קבל תחלה את הסכמת קצין המחוז, ואחר שקצין המחוז ישמע את טענות בעל הקרקע וטענות האריס החוקי ולאחר שיגבה את העדויות ויחקור את החקירות שימצא לנכון, תהא לו לקצין המחוז הסמכות להחליט באיזה סכום יש להגדיל את דמי האריסות, אם אמנם יוחלט להגדילם; דמי האריסות המוגדלים לא יקבלו תוקף לפני עבור שנה אחת למן היום הראשון באוקטובר שלאחרי החלטת קצין המחוז.
