5. סכסוכים ידועים ייושבו על ידי מועצה
תיקון: תשכ״ד
(1)אם פרץ סכסוך תחליט מועצה, לאחר שתמלך בדעת מפקח החקלאות המקומי, מהו הזמן הנאות לתשלום דמי האריסות המגיעים, מתוך התחשבות בכל המסיבות.
(2)יכול כל צד מן הצדדים לסכסוך למסור הודעה על הסכסוך לקצין המחוז וחייב הוא למסור העתקה מן ההודעה לצד שכנגד.
